If you go to a Crossfit box, workout out at a traditional gym, have a fully equipped home/garage gym, or it’s just you and a couple small weights and a yoga mat at home …

There is a workout for you. You CAN get your sweat on. You CAN get fit. Pick your poison and let’s get after it! πŸ˜‰

Some of these you can do in your home, some may require more advanced equipment or a gym.


Now one workout set-up that I LOVE is a good complex. Whether a barbell, a dumbbell, or a kettlebell, complexes are an awesome way to get in some moderate weight training and cardio at the same time! (Maybe I like them because they remind me of typical crossfit workouts when they are done right haha … guilty as charged. But regardless, then are an awesome way to break a sweat and exhaust some muscle groups at the same time!)

I do complexes quite often but I, unfortunately, haven’t documented a lot of them because I just throw them together. But because you guys deserve it, I am going to start to give you some of the real good ones here! ;D GET EXCITED FIT FOLKS!

Kettlebell Complexes

Shoulder Burner: 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 15 British Kettlebell Swings, 8 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm), 15 Goblet Squats, 8 Kettlebell Clean & Strict Press (each arm), 15 Pushups, 10 Kettlebell Bent-Over Rows (each arm)

Full workout I did…

100 singles (jump rope) – Shoulder Burner Complex – 50 Abmat Situps – Shoulder Burner Complex – 50 Abmat Situps – Shoulder Burner Complex – 100 singles (jump rope)
