Cilantro Lime Slaw

  • 1/2 cup mayo (we use Primal Kitchen)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, tightly packed
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 large jalapeño, cored
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 bag (10-12oz) precut cabbage or slaw mix (we usually use broccoli slaw)


  1. Combine all ingredients, except mayo and slaw, in blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse until roughly combined.
  3. Add in mayo and mix by hand.
  4. Toss slaw with mayo mix.
  5. Refrigerate before serving.
