Cilantro Lime Slaw
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayo (we use Primal Kitchen)
- 1/2 cup cilantro, tightly packed
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 large jalapeño, cored
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 bag (10-12oz) precut cabbage or slaw mix (we usually use broccoli slaw)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, except mayo and slaw, in blender or food processor.
- Pulse until roughly combined.
- Add in mayo and mix by hand.
- Toss slaw with mayo mix.
- Refrigerate before serving.
